Do you like to keep in touch with other riders while you are out on your Motorbike? If so then why not try the Viper RSV131 Motorcycle Flip Front Helmet. This helmet has the latest Bluetooth technology and allows you to keep in touch with the pillion or other riders. You can listen to music or have the sat-nav connected, you can even talk on the phone if the need arises. There are some retro fit Bluetooth kits on the market but this helmet has the kit already integrated into the helmet so there is no messy wires to hide like there is when you try a retro fit Bluetooth kit and this helmet is less then £150.00 so a bargain too. The helmet itself is ECE22.05 approved for all European roads and even carries the ACU gold for the track. It has an integrated drop down sun visor with an anti-scratch visor. The helmet has a quick release ratchet buckle strap and has high density noise reducing lining.
A great looking helmet that keeps you in touch with your co riders.

First Round British Super Bikes (BSB)
The much awaited start to the new BSB season began at the week-end. Unfortunately due to the terrible conditions of the track the racing was stopped and only one BSB race took place. The weather was awful with the rain coming down for most of the day and the track had no grip. This was made worse as riders were crashing and leaving oil and petrol on the track. So the organisers really had no choice but to stop the racing in the afternoon after two starts to the 600 super stock race. They tried to keep the racing on by sending out the BSB riders for an eight minute free practice, but all of them agreed that the surface was like ice and not safe to race. This was a shame, but the right decision as many riders had already fallen due to the surface.
However there was one race in the wet at Brands and that was won by John Kirkham on the Samsung Honda. Tommy Hill the reigning champion crashed out due to the track conditions. The full result is below
So its all move to the next round this week-end at Thruxton. Lets hope for better weather!

British Superbikes (BSB) Starts Easter Week-end
The long awaited start to this years BSB starts on Easter Monday. All the riders have been busy testing the bikes and getting things ready for the start. The first round will be at Brands Hatch in Kent on the short Indy circuit and reigning champion Tommy Hill is very upbeat and looking forward to defending his title.
Last years winner of race one was Shane (Shakey) Byrne with Tommy Hill 2nd, but Shakey has left the HM Plant Honda team and switched to the Rapid Solicitors Kawasaki for this season. Will he make a winning start? The second race from last year was won by Tommy on his Swan Yamaha with Shakey having to settle for third behind Ryuichi Kiyonar.
Whose your money on for the title this season?
I hope its as close as it was last year with just a wheel separating Hill and Hopkins for the title, Hopkins has left BSB and moved to World Superbikes (WSBK) and he will be missed, but BSB still has a great pedigree of riders and we are all excited and looking forward to a great season.
The countdown has begun...
